Teaching Job Analysis and Classification is fundamental to strengthening the profile and competencies necessary to hold the position of Human Resources Management Analyst within a company or institution. The overall objective of this research is to design an instructional module for the Job Classification course for Human Resources Management students at the Christian University of Panama, with the specific objectives of: identifying different instructional models for the Job Classification and Description course; analyzing the curriculum design of the Human Resources Management program; describing the elements that characterize the Job Classification and Description course; and proposing an instructional module with curricular guidelines for the Job Classification course. Using a descriptive research methodology, the object of study can be visualized as a set of relationships between the different components or variables that determine it. Analysis of these components characterizes the individual elements. This is a non-experimental approach, since the variables are not manipulated at any time. Based on the results obtained in this research, the following recommendations were made: Secure the necessary financial resources for the publication of the proposed module; inform professors who teach the Job Classification course about the possibility of using the module; and suggest that the Christian University of Panama implement a training course in the design of didactic materials for its various courses
